  Picked up food for a friend who had ordered ahead. Two entrances side by side. Left is for Bar/lounge. Right door for dinning room. Had my 5 year old so I went to dinning room. Nobody was sat in dinning room but was helped immediately. Waitress took payment and left. Very nice and friendly. As I was leaving I decided this would be a good time to try so I waited. And waited. Nobody ever came back. So we went to CookOut. I'm sure they have a way to monitor dinning activity. We could have walked into the lounge but I'm not with a child. Food smells wonderful and lounge was very busy for a Tuesday.

  Was just there. Had to seat ourselves. Then waited 45 minutes to be helped. We ordered sodas and hookah. Waitress another 15+ minutes. Waitress wasn't helping us anymore. People who came in after us got everything they ordered. Fed up and left. Horrible service.

  We are new to the area and decided to explore for dinner. Jackpot! Their beef shawarma, beef gyro, and soujouk, were all amazing!! Their service was great and their recommendations of the menu were impeccable. They had a party of 25+ and my family and I still felt very well served. The food is well priced for the amount and quality.

  Horrible service very rude bar staff. I order from this place very frequently always ordering the same meal. The person that i spoke with Jamie asked me what i would like i told her, then she snapped at me with an attitude in her voice what is your phone number. I gave her my number then she asked me a second yes second time what i would like. i proceeded to tell her again, she then asked if i would like fries and replied yes, plus add a side of honey mustard. She gave me the total and that would've been the end. Well 45 minutes later my order arrives. An ice cold cheesesteak no fries and a side of ranch dressing. I call back and another of their rude staff named Heather answers the phone. I explain to her that there was a mistake and they forgot my fries and side dressing. She replies i didn't take your order and hangs up on me. I immediately call back and then another girl answers the phone and says hello. Not the typical thank you for calling alladins on 17 just hello like i was inconveniencing her for calling. I reply i think i got hung up on. I hear her snicker to one of her coworkers as they laugh about them hanging up on me. She then takes my order and says that i wasn't charged for the fries or side and proceed to charge me again.Also they let me know it'll be 45 mins for me to get my fries and side when where i was getting the food delivered is with in walking distance. Highly disappointed in the professionalism and customer service that i was given today. Says a lot about the people they hire, and more importantly what their standards are for providing quality customer service.
